Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and all services provided by Sebastian Dobrzynski Studio (“the Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

The Studio provides brand identity design, creative direction, packaging design, and related consulting services. Scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined individually in each client proposal or contract.


  1. Intellectual Property

All creative concepts, designs, artwork, and materials produced by the Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client. Drafts, unused concepts, and process materials remain the property of the Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.


  1. Payment & Refunds

Payment terms are specified per project. Deposits are non-refundable and secure project time and resources. Final files are released only after full payment. The Studio does not issue refunds for completed services.


  1. Revisions & Deliverables

Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees. Deliverables are provided in standard industry formats unless otherwise agreed.


  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary assets. Delays in feedback may affect project timelines. The Studio is not responsible for missed deadlines resulting from client inaction.


  1. Use of Work

The Studio reserves the right to display completed projects in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.


  1. Limitation of Liability

The Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project use, delays, or technical issues beyond our control.


  1. External Links

This website may contain links to third-party sites. The Studio is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.


  1. Privacy

Any personal data shared with the Studio is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for project communication and administration.


  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bern, Switzerland.
